Convenient location for overnight stop-over in Mexico City since the hotel is located at Mexico City Airport - Terminal 2 (T2). Therefore no need to leave the airport, especially handy when check-in is early next day. Restaurant was okay.

The location here is excellent, being close to the airport and the La Mansion restaurant.

To expensive , no service, even the water you have to pay , they put the coffee sachets in the locked mini bar, you cannot call if there is no balance ,even local calls, at night you can not reach the reception from your room

so I did not like it at all the system was down all the time I tried to pay 4 times and spent in all more then @ hours waiting at the frontdesk.the manager Miss Blanca did not border to talk to me on my complaints

Inside terminal, in comparison with others on Airport areait is the best one.

Shower had only warm water. Laundry does not work every day. If you have a meeting and need fresh clothing, forget it! Internet cost 17 dollars.

Truly enjoyed our excellent stay in a huge superior queen room. the hotel provided us with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a personal safe.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was superb

Staff at the front desk were slow, very slow. How complicated should checking into a hotel be? Staff took excess advance payment for the room. Staff couldnt find my booking and took an extra 5 minutes to do this Much too expensive to be arriving in the am and waiting 25 minutes for two other guests to get checked in first. Why is the check in procedure so complicated?!!

I used this hotel as I arrived late in Mexico City and connect to an early morning flight. Perfect location. It is right on Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1 they will pick you up there as well.

The room they provided had a large bed and all the necessary facilities, which was fantastic, especially since it was wheelchair accessible.

Spacious and very comfortable room. Modern design. Unlike the Terminal 1 Hilton hotel, the room have huge windows bringing plenty of daylight in wich make you feel very comfortable.

Very cold attitude of the personnal that make you realize that you are not there as a guest but just to spend your money. You even have to pay to use the coffee machine in your room although it is common to find it free of charge any where esle. Room rate is outrageous. Wifi is charged at a stupid high fare. If you don't need to stay in the airport, I recommend you proceed to Fiesta Inn which offers more for better price ( free Wifi, free coffee and tee,... )

The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, and I found the food in the restaurant to be of excellent quality. The team at NH Collection Mexico City Airport T2 was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Despite a small issue with the TV signal, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and overall experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
